Technical criteria:

• Previous courses or trainings done in the area of desired expertise

You should also have:

• The ability to learn new technologies quickly
• An analytical mind
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines

Main responsibilities:

• Assist a senior developer in client facing projects in the learning period
• Ability and responsibility to learn writing and implementing efficient code, deployment of software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems once the training period is finalised
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
